斯必克（广州）冷却技术有限公司成立于1996年，是斯必克集团在中国的全资子公司，负责湿冷和蒸发式冷却塔设计及生产。公司管理总部设在上海；在广州、长沙、北京设立销售办事处辐射全国绝大部分区域。2009年11月，根据斯必克集团规划，斯必克冷却技术制造中心从广州搬迁至江苏省吴江市汾湖经济开发区，并成立斯必克冷却技术（苏州）有限公司负责产品研发、设计、生产、采购、物流以及供应商管理。厂区总面积约15000平方米，其中物流仓库7500平方米, 生产车间3000平方米，包括填料生产车间，钣金生产车间以及冷却塔组装车间等。

在中国，斯必克冷却技术广泛应用于公共设施、商业建筑、工业和电力行业。马利品牌冷却塔参与了包括上海世博会、广州亚运会场馆和北京的多个重要体育文化场馆；上海、北京、广州等城市的地铁建设项目；以及江苏、河北、山东等地区电厂的自然通风冷却塔项目。

In 1996, US Marley Company, predecessor of SPX cooling technology, set up a wholly-owned subsidiary in China-Guangzhou Marley Cooling Tower Co., Ltd., which officially changed its name to SPX (Guangzhou) Cooling Technology Co., Ltd. in 2007. And then, SPX had a rapid development in China, established the management headquarters in Shanghai and set up sales offices in Beijing, Changsha and Guangzhou, making the business radiated to most areas of the country.

In November 2009, according to the planning of SPX Group, SPX cooling technology manufacturing center relocated from Guangzhou to Foho Economic Development Zone of Wujiang City, Jiangsu Province, and set up SPX Cooling Technology (Suzhou) Co., Ltd. in charge of product R&D, design, production, procurement, logistics and supplier management. The total site area is about 15,000 m2, warehouse is 7,500 m2, and production workshop is 3,000 m2, that including packing workshop, sheet metal production assembly plant and cooling towers, and so on.

In China, SPX cooling towers are in use at many power plants, as well as major sports and cultural venues including the Beijing Olympic stadium, the Shanghai Expo, and the subway lines in Shanghai, Beijing and Guangzhou.
